A few parts that Sandor, my students, and I (Dan Lofaro) made in my Machine Shop were successfully launched into space on NG-15. Our parts, which are apart of a scientific experiment, are apart of the latest Cygnus launch aboard an Antares rocket. The rocket was successfully launched on February 20, 2021 at 12:36 p.m. ET, from the Mid-Atlantic Regional Spaceport (MARS) Pad 0A on Wallops Island, Virginia.

This is Sandor’s and my students’ first item launched into space and my second.

Update: The Antares rocket lifted off from Wallops Island, Virginia Feb. 20, at 12:36 p.m. ET. Cygnus will rendezvous with the station on Feb. 22 at 3 a.m., with capture scheduled for 4:40 a.m. ET.
